Shipping policy

When can I expect to receive my package?
We work closely with our external partners and carriers to ensure your Damila products reach you as quickly as possible. All of our shipments are sent via UPS or USPS.  We offer the following shipping options:

Free Ground shipping - 3 to 5 business days

Second Day Air - arrives on the second business day

Next Day Air - arrives on the next business day

When will my order ship?
We’ll process your order on same business day.  Orders placed after 4 p.m. will be processed on the next business day. 

For orders placed during the weekend, we’ll process it on Monday.  After your order is processed a tracking number will be sent via email as soon as it ships.

What are the shipping rates?
We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders within the continental United States.

You may expedite your shipping at checkout.  Rates will vary depending on the size of your package and speed.

How can I change my shipping address?
If you need to update your shipping address after it has been submitted, please email orders@damila.com 

Do you ship outside of the US?
Yes, we ship internationally! Contact us at sales@damila.com for international orders.
