How do I place a return or exchange?
If you’ve had any issues with your order, please reach out to orders@damila.com with your order number and the products you’d like to exchange or return, and we’ll take care of the rest!

Your card is charged as soon as your order is accepted and processed. You will receive an email with a tracking number once it has shipped.

What do I do if my payment is declined?
Oh no! Here are a few things to check if your payment didn’t go through: Check that your card’s billing details (such as the security code and billing address) match what you’ve entered into our system. Ensure your card hasn’t expired or been replaced. If you continue having issues, you may have to contact your bank or try a different card to complete your purchase.
